You will have access to 28 classes per week, a challengers-only technique training class, and we will test your fitness pre- & post-challenge to track your improvements.
Our Accredited Sports Nutritionists' provide you with a personalised meal plan, personalised macronutrients which are reviewed weekly, plus three informative nutrition seminars.
