HIIT Station run 28 HIIT Classes each week inspired through the sport Muay Thai Kickboxing. The classes incorporate Strength & Conditioning methods to help produce that strong lean physique whilst done in a HIIT style. Interval training is all the rage now, and for good reason! It helps you burn more calories in less time, helps improve your speed and endurance and recent studies have shown it can actually reduce abdominal fat. High Intensity Interval Training (or HIIT as it’s called ) is a full body cardio workout and involves alternating short bursts of super intense work with a low intensity recovery ideal for beginners chasing a fast fat burning result.
